The Double Tree Downtown is a luxurious, 17 story hotel located in the heart of Tulsa’s downtown business and entertainment district. Just 9 miles from the Tulsa International Airport, the hotel is connected via skybridge to the Tulsa Convention Center where the conference will be held. Amenities include a free airport shuttle, on-site fitness center, beautiful indoor pool, and free WiFi in the lobby areas. As a part of the special conference rate, complimentary parking is included.
Conference rate: $77/night single or double + tax
Please be advised: The DoubleTree has only doubles available for reservations! The single King rooms are sold out! Please make sure and select “double” as an option when registering at the hotel!

2) Select your “Arrival” and “Departure” dates and ”Room” preference
3) Click the blue “Add special rate codes >” link
4) Type “MHA” in the “Group Code” box and click the [Check Availability] button
5) Select your options on the next section and complete the remaining steps to finish your reservation.
6) A confirmation number will be emailed back to you! (If you do not see this email shortly after registering, please check your email spam folder. If you do not see a confirmation email, contact the hotel at the number below to request confirmation.)
