The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Institute for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Education and Training has approved eighteen (18.0) continuing education credit hours through the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers, the Oklahoma Board of Examiners of Psychologists, the Oklahoma Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors, the Licensed Professional Counselors Committee, the Licensed Marital and Family Therapist Committee, and the Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training. Continuing Education is also approved for Case Managers, Peer Recovery Support Specialists and Certified Prevention Specialists. A total of three (3.0) continuing education credit hours for LPC and LMFT supervisors has been approved by the Licensed Professional Counselors Committee and the Licensed Marital and Family Therapist Committee.
Please check in at the registration desk upon your arrival to verify your attendance. Continuing education credit is not provided without verification. At the completion of the conference, all participants will receive a certificate of attendance from the ODMHSAS Institute for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Education and Training. If you have an emergency and are unable to complete the conference, you may pick up a certificate before you leave which will reflect the actual hours you were in attendance. Participant evaluation forms must be submitted in order to receive continuing education credit and a certificate of attendance.
If you did not receive your CEU certificate at the conference or need a replacement certificate, please contact ODMHSAS:
- There will be a $5.00 charge to print/mail certificates that were not picked up at the conference
- Please email davon.brown@odmhsas.org to request your certificate
- Please include in the email the days you were in attendance, your address, and contact information (email, phone, fax, etc) for additional questions they may have
- If you did not attend all three days of the conference, they will make the adjustment to your certificate before mailing it to you
